We can guarantee service to our device in your home and anything beyond that we will do our best to troubleshoot your additional devices over the phone. We will be happy to come out and troubleshoot your devices for an additional $100.
WhyFly fully manages the service with a WhyFly approved access point (router) and to update your password or make any changes you can give us a call or send us an email.
If you choose to use your own router you can update your password via your router’s web-interface.
Contracts are lame and we believe you will stay if we treat you right and deliver speeds that guarantee you can stream videos, game online without lag, & support multiple devices.

An install can take from 30 minutes and up to an 3 hour depending on current infrastructure.
A router is required for the installation. We recommend that customers purchase a WhyFly approved router priced at $125 which can be paid upfront or in 4 installments of $31.25.
