Why do I need to use a WhyFly router?

With all the variations of routers out on the market, not all are equipped to handle the high speeds we deliver and will actually create a bottleneck slowing speeds for any device connecting to the inadequate device (router).  Different from other providers, we work hard to educate and build the best home network for our customers

Do You Offer Support?

Yes, we do offer 24/7 Local Human Customer service for all of our customers.  We can guarantee service to our device in your home and anything beyond that we will do our best to troubleshoot your additional devices over the phone.  We will be happy to come out and troubleshoot your devices for an additional $100.

Resetting Your Password?

WhyFly fully manages the service with a WhyFly approved access point (router) and to update your password or make any changes you can give us a call or send us an email.

Am I Locked Into Any Contracts?

Contracts are lame and we believe you will stay if we treat you right and deliver speeds that guarantee you can stream videos, game online without lag, & support multiple devices.

What should I expect for upload & download speeds?

With the 100 Mbps Awesome Home Service our customers are getting 100 Mbps upload & 100 Mbps download speeds.

How long does the install take?

An install can take from 30 minutes and up to an 3 hour depending on current infrastructure.

Do I need a router?

A router is required for the installation.  We recommend that customers purchase a WhyFly approved router priced at $125 which can be paid upfront or in 4 installments of $31.25.
